YouSchools.org is an online community where PreK-12 education professionals and support staff can go to find the school environment that best fits their career and lifestyle goals -- and school administrators can go to recruit a wide variety of qualified candidates. Combining a real-time job posting board with student-produced videos, YouSchools.org uniquely qualifies Job Seekers by providing up-to-date information along with virtual "tours" of schools from across the nation. By taking a virtual tour of prospective schools, Job Seekers receive valuable information that can help them narrow their job search in a meaningful way. In turn, schools get better matched candidates for their open positions. Another unique aspect of YouSchools.org is that its video presentations are student produced.
